Minton Enterprise Park

Minton Enterprise Park is located on Oaks Drive, which lies conveniently 0.5 miles away from the A14 (J37) dual carriageway enabling fast access to Cambridge and the East Coast Ports in addition to Stansted Airport, M25 and London via the A11/M11.

Currently there are 12 units varying in sizes up to 30,658 square feet which are of steel framed construction with concrete blockwork / brick elevations to new side cladding and concrete floor / yard areas. An extensive refurbishment programme took place incorporating new PVC coated insulated profiled steel cladding to a refurbished roof.

UK Packaging has the regional distribution depot at Minton Enterprise Park which also houses their carton and tape manufacturing facilities providing an In-house design team, Bespoke plain and printed die-cut and corrugated cartons and Printed tapes – polypropylene, vinyl and polythene barrier tape.

Tuplin have substantial warehouse facilities with 4 manufacturing facilities and 2 storage depots. Based close to Gatwick, Stansted, Royston and Newmarket with a range of warehouse types with a combined area of over 60,000 square feet. Minton Enterprise Park allows flexible storage, and expert packing and handling services that are perfectly located close to major transport networks to support both domestic and international distribution.
